During operation, the process initiates with the activation of the electric vibrator, which primes the system for material unloading. As concrete is fed into the pusher through the machine's feed hopper, the hydraulic pump station and cylinders spring into action, commencing their synchronized expansion and contraction. The pusher then propels the concrete into the U-shaped cavity of the channel-forming mold. At this stage, the forming mold functions much like an inner mold core, firmly adhering the freshly formed concrete to the channel wall, which has been pretreated by the mechanical shovel. Simultaneously, the top of the channel undergoes extrusion molding.

The coordinated action of the electric vibrator's vibration and the hydraulic cylinder's thrust generates powerful extrusion and compaction forces. These forces enable the guide rollers located on both sides of the machine body's front end to move linearly along the tracks pre-installed on either side of the channel, thereby achieving automatic locomotion. Thanks to the continuous thrust of the cylinders and the vibrator-induced vibrations acting on the concrete, the U-shaped ditch gains enhanced density and strength, fully realizing five outstanding performance advantages: extended construction length, thin-walled design, high structural strength, excellent leak-proofing, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
