How to Use Our Fully Automatic Concrete Ditch Forming Machine

First, start the electric vibrator to prepare for unloading. When the concrete enters the pusher through the feed hopper of the machine, the hydraulic pump station and the oil cylinder begin to expand and contract, and the pusher pushes the concrete into the channel forming mold.

At this time, the forming mold is like an inner mold tire. The formed concrete is adsorbed on the channel wall repaired by the mechanical shovel, and the top of the channel is also extruded and formed at the same time.

At the same time, the vibration of the electric vibrator and the thrust of the hydraulic cylinder generate extrusion force and compaction force, so that the guide rollers on both sides of the front end of the machine body move linearly in the tracks set on both sides of the channel to realize the function of automatic walking.
